Returns and Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our confectionery products, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Please ensure all claims are submitted within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Shipment
Examine your package immediately upon arrival for any signs of damage or incorrect items before opening the individual candy seals.
- 2.Contact Customer Care
Email our support team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged goods or shipping errors.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions if a physical return is required.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship out a fresh replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
